As part of our efforts to enhance the security of our shopping experience for our Singapore members, we are introducing the App Verification feature as a replacement for OTP SMS, starting 1 August 2023. This feature will enable our members to authorise all their transactions more securely. Members are strongly advised to download the Cosway App and activate the verification feature.
