You may have coffee or tea in moderation, preferably without sugar or limited to 30ml of milk, to avoid additional calories.

A minimum of 2 litres of water daily is essential, excluding the liquid used for shakes and soups. Water helps suppress appetite and eliminates waste products from fat metabolism.

Mix shakes with room temperature or cold water and prepare soups with warm water (not hot). Do not shake warm water to avoid pressure build-up, which can cause injury.
